Sometimes we need,
A little courage and dare,
Some self love and care .
We are always bound by duty ,
But sometimes we need to
make ourself priority.
A little me time.,
Will not cost you a dime .
It will refill your cup ,
When you check with self "what's up" .
Time and again ,
With life you need to bargain,
A little something for self,
And it's all ok ,you got to tell .
